Submitting a request does not create a contract for construction; all pricing shown on this site is an estimate and does not constitute a binding offer. Final pricing is confirmed in a written agreement.

When you submit a quote or consultation request, Water Color Cocktail Pools may contact you by phone or email about your specific inquiry. Text messaging is separate and requires your direct consent, as described below — it is never bundled into these terms or assumed from your submission.

Our consultation form includes a dedicated optional SMS consent checkbox shown below the contact and project fields. By entering your phone number and checking that box, you directly agree to receive text messages from Water Color Cocktail Pools about your inquiry, project planning, scheduling, project updates, and customer support.
